At NueWave, every piece is handmade with care and is often made-to-order or produced in limited quantities. As a slow fashion label, we do not follow conventional mass-return practices.

Shipping Policy

Each NueWave product is carefully crafted by skilled artisans. Please refer to the processing times below before dispatch:

Processing Times

* Skirts & Dresses: Up to 7 days before shipping
* Tanks & Tops: Ships within 1–2 weeks
* Bags: Ships within 7 days

Domestic Shipping (India)

Delivery typically takes 2–5 business days after dispatch. Timelines may vary depending on your location.

International Shipping

* Standard Shipping (Applicable to USA customers only) : Usually delivered within 12–15 business days after dispatch
(Tariffs included in the shipping cost)

* Express Shipping: Typically delivered within 4–7 business days after dispatch
(Tariffs not included; any applicable customs or import duties must be paid by the recipient)

Shipping timelines may vary depending on the destination and local customs clearance processes.

The final shipping cost will be displayed at checkout once you enter your shipping address.

If you select Standard Shipping (Applicable to USA customers only), no additional customs or tariff charges will apply, as they are already included in the shipping cost.
If you choose Express Shipping, any applicable customs or import duties will be payable by the customer upon delivery.

While we do our best to ensure smooth and timely delivery, customs procedures vary by country and may occasionally cause delays beyond our control. Our team is always happy to assist if needed.

Exchange Policy (Case-by-Case)

If there is a genuine issue with your order (such as damage, incorrect item, or a clear sizing error), please contact us at info@theneuwave.co
 within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:
* Your order details
* Clear photos of the product and packaging
* A brief explanation of the issue

If approved, we may offer an exchange or store credit, depending on the situation.

Return Shipping Terms (For Approved Exchanges)

* Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, including:
– International courier fees
– Customs duties, taxes, and handling charges
* All returned merchandise must be unworn, unused, and accompanied by original tags
* Return consignments must be clearly declared as “Return” to avoid additional customs duties
* NueWave shall not be liable for any loss or delay occurring during return transit
* Customers are advised to ship returns via a trackable and insured service

Exclusions

* All custom orders and sale merchandise are deemed final sale and are non-returnable and non-exchangeable
* Unauthorized returns will not be accepted under any circumstances
