Shipping & Delivery at TheNeuWave

We handle every order with care. To ensure you receive your complete package at once, your full order will be dispatched together once all items are ready.

Processing Time

  • T-Shirts: Ship within 3–4 days.

Shipping Timelines

  • Domestic (India): Delivered 2–5 business days after dispatch.

  • International (Standard - USA Only): Delivered 12–15 business days after dispatch.

    • Benefit: Tariffs/Duties are included in the shipping cost. No extra fees on arrival.

  • International (Express): Delivered 4–7 business days after dispatch.

    • Note: Tariffs/Duties are NOT included. Any customs fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Customs Duties & Taxes If you select Express Shipping, please note that international orders may be subject to import duties and taxes charged by your country’s customs office. As a small business, we cannot predict these costs, and they must be paid by the recipient upon arrival.

  • Exception: If you choose Standard Shipping (USA), we cover the tariffs for you.

  • Track Smoothly: Once your parcel arrives in your destination country, contacting your local courier (e.g., DHL) directly can often speed up final delivery.

  • Calculated at Checkout: Your final shipping cost is displayed before you pay.
